The PoBs are all for Lvl 100 because i got or got pretty close to lvl 100 last leagues, so i usually do only lvl 100 PoBs for myself. the idea here is to have a full army of animated minions, getting layers of % of phys damage as extra cold, and then converting the phys damage of minions into cold in order to abuse hatred's more cold damage buff. Dps seems fine enought, but the problem seems to be gathering the animated weapon army on boss fights, as you need to raise lingering blades first, so that they raise animated guardian's weapon on hit.
