Still a work in progress, need to pump damage up significantly in order to take on atlas bosses and ubers, but defences are basically good.

TLDR: We're leveraging everything on the staff (Cast speed, spell levels, staff damage) to boost up Frozen Legion as out main clear skill. We're going crit and phys convert to push the damage of both the Legion and the Shaper. Spending a ton of ES with divine blessing on hatred, while running a whole lot of auras.

I'll be dumping all my currency into this build as I find it really fun and want it to hit respecible damage numbers, as it appears lacking a bit atm. Right now it's clearing t16s juiced, but does struggle with some juiced bosses. More damage is where the money will be going to, if you have suggestions, let me know
