PoE 3.11 Harvest Cold builds

The plan is to swap out ele focus with pinpoint. Somehow this actually turned out better than assassin variant, im curious to see how it does, leveling will feel like ass, no atziri flask.... :(

Discharge changes from patch notes: Now has an added damage effectiveness of 450%. Now deals 56 to 203 base lightning damage per power charge removed at gem level 1, up to 394 to 1422 base lightning damage at gem level 20. Now deals 30% less damage with Ailments. Despite the 30% less damage from ignite, the added damage effectiveness seems to me like this will be the strongest skill for ignites. So I threw together a build with medium-budget items and it turns out to deal decent damage. Clearing might be a pain due to the cooldown and reliance on secondary spells for charges, though.

So discharge will receive a large damage buff, but will be on a cooldown. I'm thinking about ways to make self-casting Discharge work, and i've come up with some archetypes, although none of them feel 100% satisfying. First i thought of an Archmage build to make use of the fact that Discharge now is on a cooldown anyways, so handling the mana cost would be a lot easier. I've been trying to narrow down my league starter for Heist the past couple of days. Somewhere along the line, I decided I want to do a cold DoT Occultist, more specifically a Wintertide Brand Occultist (SC-trade). I have a few reasons (that may or may not be valid, politely let me know). Full reasoning summaries below, but TLDR: I think cold DoT Occultists will survive nerfing and might even be buffed by new Hexes. My take on FB Zerker, all gear is self-crafted via harvest and will be hard to obtain without it. While I wouldn't exactly call the build tanky, it's built more defensively than most other FB builds I've seen.
