How to CoC under 15ex Budget with only 5L Damage【Full-Unique Challenge】Season 2 - Harvest 3.11

Thanks everyone for showing so much support on our previous CoC project ! Since there are many of you asking “how does CoC works”, “can it be strong it its budget”, “breakpoints”, etc etc, we decided to show u guys that CoC is actually very easy to build and has very good, satisfying dps ;)

Here's fan-favorite & all-time meta...CoC Cyclone! but with【Full-Unique Challenge】:)

Did this build under 15ex(all gear), the only items that is expensive is bottled faith~

If 15ex is still too much for u, then i suggest u start playing, stop complaining, cuz even if you don't craft, u still can sell seeds for huge profits in harvest league. Cheers :)

• Build is only 5L Damage, Inspiration charges does not work with EB(my bad for slotting in for fun and im lazy to change socket color, but hey ! 5L FTW)
• 6th L will be Hypothermia support ......................

• Basically Shatter AF, but if you have explode chest, the explosion + shatter can chain whole map mobs (lmao)
• Good DPS
• Very fun build and has good potential with end-game gear

// What Damage mod to look for //

• Cold damage to spells (flat)
• Cold penetration
• Spell damage
• Cold damge (%)
• Crit multi (Must)
