The idea is: freezing everything on screen is a defensive layer, probably very good in the Sanctum Frost Blades is getting a huge increase to added damage % so let's try to build around it. Ailments don't care about resistances on hit and whatnot, just base damage, so high added damage is good. Heatshiver gives up to 130% added cold damage as fire if we can freeze things. Notes: A build that has great defence and movespeed, great clearspeed at a relatively low investment. With investment it can do all game content except from the hardest Uber bosses. You will be vulnerable to physical hits, so your manual dodge skills have to be excellent, but since you are doing damage over time it will be much easier to not get hit.
