A tanky and fast version of storm brand elementalist. I went for max block and max spell block, mixed with 10k+ energy shield. Storm brand of Indecision paired with awakened chain makes for amazing clear speed, while lightning conduit makes up a large amount of our single target. A very high cast speed with mixed lightning warp makes for very fast movement.

There are iterations of this build for affliction, I am wondering what changes are made to make this build viable again since the vortex cast time changes, as of right now I swapped a few skill points for more cast speed. Thanks to some people on the official discord, I fixed an error with this build. It turns out my CDR/trigger rate was not correct and my damage was significantly lower than I thought. I had to spend a couple of hours changing up my tree and some items then do all the bosses again. Now my project build is done, I don't recommend doing this build. Showcase: PoB:
