PoE Ranger, Cold, Duration builds with custom stat filters

Hey, I enjoy creating unique and funny meme builds, so I decided to come up with one. I needed a fast character with good clear speed to farm Alva. It's not great for boss killing, though. I managed to tackle some T17 maps, but it's not the best for that. Anyway, here's the concept: I stack around 450 mana burn with the unique tincture, The Battle Within. I sustain the mana cost with a good enduring mana flask and use the mastery for 1% increased flask charges gained per 1 mana burn. I started the league off with Aer0 cobra lash build and I'm barely in to maps but it is feeling just really awful. Mapping is just really painful. Cannot even attempt Affliction stuff because especially my single-target is abysmal. I first would like to say this is my first post on this forum and my first attempt at a magic find build although I would consider myself a seasoned player of POE and a frequent reddit visitor. I still feel I'm missing somthing to this build. I can't run red maps without dying and I'm torn between the balance of 2 things MF and survivabilty.
