Mid to high budget but can definitely function on lower budgets, can do all content quite easily, especially while watching something on second screen. Can have much higher single target and be dedicated bosser if you simply swap fire trap and RF into 6L and 4L respectively. Very comfy and cozy. For those of you who have never gotten around to actually engage with the 'new' bosses and learn their attack patterns to not use all six portals in 45 seconds I bring to you this build. It will be significantly weaker in League as I'm using Eternal Damnation, though my defences are a bit overkill. In my current setup I'm able to (BARELY) tank a max rolled EoW nuke WITHOUT guard skills or fortify up, according to PoB. If PoEdb is correct that ability has like 235,000 damage being half cold and lightning each. The other Legacy items can be replaced with just a bit more investment. The Loreweave
