PoE Vaal Righteous Fire builds

At this point, you're probably wondering why I re-uploaded the same build. I read multiple comments and wanted to make it more enjoyable to watch, sadly the song I wanted to use and had edited was indeed copyrighted so this is another selection that is not from Spotify. Following Pohx RF, got 81lvl, done full labs, bought aegis and few other items from guide, but still on red maps (t12-13) feel like not enough dmg, bosses die very very slow. Pls look at my build and give some advise. maybe i play this build not how it should be. POB: Goal is to be a good support for a team, a decent number of auras: Purity of Fire, Vitality, Determination, Purity of Elements, and Tempest Shield. (Items used are actual items I found off the trade site, with some minor-ish exceptions.) For the uniques, I pulled them in via the pob option and maxed their rolls, and for the chestpiece I swapped the implicits for a set of implicits that are theoretically possible to make, as far as I can tell, just will take lots of high tier eldritch orbs. I just switched out to a melding + aegis setup on my RF INQ. Trying to cap out max resistances at 90. Im currently at 87. Next step is: Eldritch Conflict on chest piece for potential extra +1% and a lvl23 purity for another +1% will get me to 89 max ele res. Where can I get the last 1%? POB: I know the last 1% is probably not that crucial but still. 90 looks nicer than 89....

I was hoping to hit 100 for the first time on my EA Ele, and while it's a relatively safe mapper, it really excelled about bossing. Still, dying to the occasional one-shot has made pushing past 96 frustrating. I decided to make my own build, which I like to do at least once a league, and I usually play RF once per league cuz I love the skill, so I spent the 40ex or so I had saved up on transitioning her to an Explodey RF Autbomber.
