PoE Mjolner builds

I have been testing out The Hidden Blade and I think there is a lot of hidden (hehe) potential with it, and I want to throw out what I've learnt and some ideas for theorycrafting. Firstly, I want to clarify a few things about Unseen Strike (which is the unique skill from the Hidden Blade), since the wiki has a few major inaccuracies. Hey all, Making a habit of sharing all my builds on here. This one is very budget-friendly, clears fast, and is essentially a right-mouse-click-only setup if that entices you. I think it has very high single target potential with a Squire shield but I'm too broke to afford one right now. So I previously played a ball lightning CoC build with Arc in a Mjolnir. Given the new skill that needs shock I've replaces Arc with LC. Does anyone have any ideas for this build? Or ideally if anyone has seen something similar pop up by someone better at this than me?

They capped negative resistance at 200% but resistance penetration is a different calculation AFAIK. What if we stack Omniscience through the nose and used Mjolnir to deliver Arc? To that end, I made a tree which is as long as possible so that the Split Personality jewels at the very end deliver a real lot of Omniscience.
