Turns out you can trigger Cast on Crit with Hidden Blade. Not a finished build but it can at least clear t16s and sanctums now.

Abusing Nimis and Fireball because the combo is completely broken .

Mjölner might not be necessary and replacing it with Squire is probably better. Also unsure if going Omni is worth it. But at least the combo is quite fun to play
