Hello, So I really wanted to build around Champion, NB and Perseverance. I thought ele would be too meta and thought that impale with call of steel would feel smooth enough, tried leveling with SH a few leagues ago and it was awful. Though perma Onslaught, Adrenaline and tailwind/new implicit might make it smoother.
