Sup guys, i really enjoyed strike juggs since i played molten strike jugg back in the days. Here's my take on a meme Lycosidae counterattack Juggernaut build. Both Reckoning (R) and Vengeance (V) are in the same 6-link to synergize with Glancing Blows, so hits are blocked to trigger R, and some of the blocked damage is taken to trigger V. The main focus is on squeezing as much cold damage (Frostbreath, Lycosidae, Hrimburn, Mark of the Elder) and CD reduction (Flow Untethered, Shaper boots, alt quality) as possible.
