3.14 Tornado Shot Accuracy-Stacker - Delirium/5-Way-Farmer (3.15 Expedition Update in description)

3.15 Update: We got away pretty easy with all the new nerfs, we do not care about the removal of the Abyss jewel accuracy mod, since that was something only Ballista builds used.
The Diamond Flask nerf doesn't really concern us since at high Accuracy we are already almost crit capped.
Since now every build has less overkill damage, the Herald of Ice + cold Cluster jewels might be outdated and would probably be better as Attack Cluster jewels with martial prowess + something else. The entry level currency you will need for this build has been substancially increased due to popularity and how this build now needs more gear to get going in terms of damage after the global nerfs. I would not recommend this build to anyone who doesn't farm multiple hundred exalts per league and who is just looking for a chill build, this is a currency sink and a build that you invest everything you have into or it will feel suboptimal.
