In this video I talk about my Attribute Stacking Sweep Juggernaut which is pretty cheap and quite nice to play with a ton of growth potential. This build is so far done on a budget but I plan on playing it quite a bit more because of how fun it is. It takes advantage of some new options available in Ultimatum League for Path of Exile 3.14.
