The PoBs are all for Lvl 100 because i got or got pretty close to lvl 100 last leagues, so i usually do only lvl 100 PoBs for myself. But if you are not complete new to this game you should know how to delete some points for a lower lvl tree ;) First is a Full Unique build using Ice Crash as damage source. This is my take on a brain rattler elementalist for the mega shocks! Wondering if anyone has any ideas to increase the damage on the build, but the idea is it has near capped phys reduction and between aegis and increased capped res should be quite tanky vs elements as well. It is intended to be off meta, I am not using golems because you just slap them on any skill and its great. I tried to utilize the basically never used keystone power of purpose, although maybe it would be better to scrap that and just go MoM instead... let me know what you think!
