PoE Multiple Totems, Witch, Movement builds

Hi, So i am obsessed with cyclone, its in a bad state but i still wanna do it, and i wanna do a weird spin on it. So here is my weird spin, I am Llooking for input and ideas on how i can get more damage and/or movement speed without losing too much survivability etc.

This is vile to be honest budget vs strength I don't think matches up lol especially when I could play some replica alberon warpath glass cannon beserker and do something like this but I have made some deep fried shit here if anyone could figure out how to truly make this viable It would be appreciated

This is the one build I played this league to 40/40. It was very fun and definitely kept me playing when I was on the fence. The PoB is of my current character. Typically I get to a point where it's "enough" to cruise through challenges and I stop prioritizing build investment, so I'm pretty confident it has room for improvement as-is (e.g. helmet w/-chaos res, watcher's eye, faster ignites synth staff, +3 corrupted chest), and definitely has room for improvement if you want to go more glass cannon. So, I was watching Jaamon's channel on Youtube (good Youtuber, good builds in general, recommend this guy) and he put up a pretty solid rolling magma ignite build. I worked at it a bit based off his stuff and came with this idea of using stormbind + blackflame + Eber's unification + incandescent heart. It turned out pretty well, but only in theory. Just a note, I haven't played this at all. This is not a post to say "go play this build" or "this is going to be great in 3.17". None of the build is insanely pricey. Blackflame is like 2ex. IH 6 link is probably 2 ex. Matyr is like 40c. Most of
