PoE Aegis Aurora, Righteous Fire builds

PoB: The goal was: non-meta useage of Nimis, able to tank/burst all ubers/sim30/deli80 I was playing dex stacking KB nimis deadeye and it was good, awesome clear, good st, but squishy af (since u must be at melee range all the time for full dps). So I theorycrafted a pathfinder based on 100% phys to ele + 90% res + perma flasks. Cyclone over KB because u can craft "hits can't be evaded" on weapon (only on melee weapons) and don't worry about any acc (and allows Second Sight keystone). AKA Creepy old man shotgunning with high quality COC. POB: Same concept as Jungroan's Crest of Desire Creeping Frost build last league, but with Dialla's Malefaction, we can go COC instead, for easier gameplay. We are also able to use Divergent Berserk with the new Kaom's gloves, which is just perfect for COC as you get much needed attack speed too. Uptime is decent and ES regen still works to sustain RF. Using Heatshiver for the massive added damage, but shotgunning is not great for ailments so the current configuration is sligh

I just switched out to a melding + aegis setup on my RF INQ. Trying to cap out max resistances at 90. Im currently at 87. Next step is: Eldritch Conflict on chest piece for potential extra +1% and a lvl23 purity for another +1% will get me to 89 max ele res. Where can I get the last 1%? POB: I know the last 1% is probably not that crucial but still. 90 looks nicer than 89....

Theory crafting a Righteous Fire Juggernaut. Focusing on Endurance Charges, Damage and Survivability, then AoE. Tanky, with big AoE. This build will be in Standard, and beyond what is already in the PoB, has an additional roughly 100ex budget. I'm just trying to make sure I haven't missed anything that isn't obvious to me. I like having at or above 5k life, and would like to keep max res without Endurance Charges if possible. It's my first build I've tried making, so hopefully it isn't too terrible.
