PoE 3.23 Affliction, 3.24 Necropolis Cold builds

It seems it would be a fun gimmick build. I saw a build of this on reddit, but it was outdated for 3.17. I now tried to remake it with newer stuff, and this is what I have so far: Please note there is 2 variants, a war-staff variant and another one that uses regular staff (or replica cold iron). Feel like I hit a brick wall with this build, I got it to be pretty tanky and I can even survive t16 whisped maps and tank through some crazy mobs, but my DPS feels lacking. POB Linked below, looking for suggestions on how to take it farther from here. Have about 30-40 Div liquiid for upgrades, but I feel like itll take more than that to pump the damage up. I am running a Dissolution of Flesh + Rathpith build where I have 6k max HP but I'm running around on 1hp due to DoF. I recently got full ailment immunity, removing my need for Soul of the Brine King Major God power. Can I drop Brine King and be safe with not being stunned every 0.5 seconds or should I keep it cause I think stun is based on hp? Thanks in advance! My build in case its needed:
