PoE Vengeance, Channelling builds

The POB- Im lvl 91 in game atm, this PoB has lvl 95 which is my goal for this weekend I have been playing PoE for about 2 years casually. Ancestor league was kind to me and I got enough currency from Trials that I was able to fool around with building and crafting for the first time. The idea I had was two parted. 1. Abuse the +3 global defense tattoo's by stretching from the Ranger starting point on the passive tree to make a Cyclone build knowing I can sacrifice the +dex small attribute nodes. 2. first time doing COC cant figure out whats wrong with my build when I'm fighting single enemies/bosses feels like im either never hitting or never hitting crits, on pob says my main hand accuracy is 100% and my crit is 100%. any help majorly appreciate.

This build is attempting to maximize the buffs given by Her Embrace (from Oni Goroshi) by adding physical damage and "gain % Physical Damage as extra Fire Damage" modifiers and stacking increased Fire Damage/More Fire Damage modifiers. So, I was watching Jaamon's channel on Youtube (good Youtuber, good builds in general, recommend this guy) and he put up a pretty solid rolling magma ignite build. I worked at it a bit based off his stuff and came with this idea of using stormbind + blackflame + Eber's unification + incandescent heart. It turned out pretty well, but only in theory. Hey guys, I was thinking about a Cyclone build using Vengeance as second 6-link. 5k+ life, 79% max res, 10k+ armour and around 10 mil dps on an estimated 10 ex budget. Can probably be min-maxed to 20 mil dps with different clusters and sacrificing some defences. PoB-Link below. Tell me what you think!
