My Build: (PoB Fork) Impale Cyclone Champion: https://pastebin.com/LSeq1DiN I do not recommend running this build since it's especially slow and scales damage a lot worse than most conventional Cyclone builds. Also, it costs way too much to make because of the cluster jewels. It's just bad in general. This build was mainly crafted for the purpose of making this video.
