PoE Spellslinger, Fire, Simulacrum builds without Mageblood, The Squire

Anyone wanna try to optimize this bad boy. The arctic armor and + 25 spell block in config is to simulate the new tempest shield. Not too sure about mana, it might be a bit tight so getting mana or -mana cost on gear could be useful The wand is pretty good but not that hard to craft with ilvl2 wand and an essence of anger. Ignore mutahar talking in the background. Inspired by this post, put together this fella recently and despite being a glass cannon(too squishy to do delirium stuff), packs quite a big punch. &x200B; With stuff that has 100% uptime, got about 6 mil dps, with flasks and power + frenzy(generated with 3 link frenzy-culling-pcoc, though can't keep it up at all times) goes to about 10 mil. Still has lots of room to upgrade, like 4 multi jewels, tailwind boots, better rings etc. Pob:

Important Note: using frenzy as main wand attack = 100% change to gain a power charge. user power siphon as main wand attack = not 100% chance to gain a power charge.
