PoE Cold, Bossing builds with custom stat filters

This is not a bossing build. Let's get that out of the way first and foremost. You can boss on it, but the dps will be WAY LOWER. So I was doing some help with another players White Wind build and the comments are full of people maligning White Wind as trash and unusable. I wanted to prove at least in concept that you can make a high damage tanky mapper using a 1c unique weapon and no shield. I picked the silliest skill I could think of being Wild Strike. Here is my build with the gear my character currently has. This is my first attempt at a build made without a guide as a reference so I'd love any feedback. The basic idea is to stack frenzy charges so I started with raider and then went for as many sources of max frenzy charge as possible. Ice bite looked like a good choice of support gem due to the frenzy charge scaling and I chose frost blades as a result. While I did play this character straight from day 1 of the league, I don't really recommend it early because it's a bit clunky before Divergent Berserk and Lethal Pride appeared on trade which was around day 3, and also the playstyle is really active.
