PoE 3.23 Affliction, 3.22 Ancestor Pathfinder, Cold builds

Disclaimer this is just a fun side project that i am working on and also my first time doing a low tolerance build, so there might be intricacies that I am unaware of. Also extremely expensive build please do not try. You have been warned. The build revolves around the medium cluster notable tolerance which makes the first poison you inflict deal 300% increased damage. I am currently using 4 low tolerance with poison mastery for a total of 1500% increased damage. I've been doing some testing on Eye of Winter as its my favorite spell in the game. I dislike brands as a playstyle so Jung's Arcanist Brand build wasn't doing it for me (and I want to be more hipster). Eye of Winter starts to reappear on screen at around +700% proj speed in game or x8.00 in PoB. There a few notable things about this.
