PoE Ascendant, The Agnostic, Cold builds

Hi Exiles! I've been planning a build lately trying to make use of self cast Ice Nova. The build uses a combination of Demon Stitcher, Eternal Youth, Coruscating Elixir and Blightwell to get good life recharge and energy shield sustain. I'm aware that I've gone a bit PoB gremlin with the gear but I'd like to see what you think and if you can point out any glaring flaws before patch notes comes in and gives me way too many new ideas to choose from. &x200B;

This is not the strongest build I've ever played, although it's honestly pretty decent for a total hipster build. If you're looking for a build that never dies and can obliterate A8 Sirus in seconds, this is not that. But if you're looking for a build that can do hard content without trivializing it, so that it still feels like an actual challenge, I recommend checking it out.
