PoE Vortex, Elementalist builds

Hello, I want to have some feedback about my SSFHC Elementalist build that I want to play, \~500k DPS FULL uptime with 0 investment (more with Flame Surge burning ground) Defensive layer (note that it's lvl 85) : 4k5 LIFE; 1k5 ES; 9k EVA; Ghost Dance; 3k8 mana MoM; Arcane Cloak and obviously the Chill.

My goal is to clear mobs fast so this is an elementalist spamming Vortex on left click which ignites thanks to Shaper Of Flames. Then dual Obliteration wands deal chaos damage which ignites more thanks to Shaper Of Flames. I haven't put much emphasis on the Vortex DPS, the damage dealer are the Obliteration explosions, hopefully. Budget is not bad either, none of these item cost even 100c , most cost much less. The cluster jewel is the only one which might run 1ex. The 6th link is Combustion but that requires a 6L brass drome which is a bit more expensive so I

I've put together a quite well rounded Lightning Tendrils build, got some passable defenses and regeneration as well as pretty acceptable damage with 2x6 links (Tendrils + Orb of Storms). I've put in 60% more multiplier in the general config which is a pretty conservative estimate on what the damage will be in this league. With the removal of the Orb of Storms internal CD and the sick buff to the main skill I think this can work out quite well. The gear is not terribly expensive (other than 6L) and playtested the concept it zooms pretty hard on lightning warp

Config: Intimidate and negative resists is from Belt of the deciever+Eye of Malice (Animate guardian) Playing around with the resist-shredding capabilities of elementalist. Any thought? Anyone tried this? Is just Occulist better? Edit: My gripes with this concept are elemental ailments and the loss of something like The Stampede. But I consider doing this in softcore to switch things up abit.
