TLDR: 90% max ele res, 85% phys as ele, 83-88% evade, capped suppress, perma quicksilver using traitor keystone on right side of the tree (for flask nodes). I'm thinking about doing Toxic Rain, but I can see myself getting frustrated by the damage delay, so I was looking into Caustic Arrow as an alternative. Last league everyone was playing the transfigured version with the poison tincture, but since the tincture is gone it seems to be more complicated to play. Made with low budget in mind, I know 2M DPS is not that good, but I wanted to experiment with Flicker Strike of Power and the new Unholy Might. I leaguestarted glacial hammer trauma with prenerf heatshiver in TOTA and wanted to do something similar. The basic idea is to get a lot of flat phys from Trauma support, then convert to cold for chill and double damage with Frostbreath which is bis bc you can't use Paradoxica with Trauma. Dual Strike of Ambidexterity has a big 70% more damage with mainhand and uses offhand attack time. So we use a 1.9aps axe offhand and some Quick and Deadly cluster notables (60% mainhand damage and 30% offhand aspd) to solve attack speed. Other than that it's fairly standard

Recently there was a post either on main sub or this sub where ventrua was showcasing that potential starters have generally low disparity and more things than we previously thought are competitive. Please rip this build to shreds and tell me this is shit but below is a PoB I threw together for an Ice Nova build using new Archmage in a 5link Pledge of Hands. Gear is very, very basic and it seems fairly squish as a result but unless I'm missing something it seems like it should be pretty fun to lightning warp around, hitting ice nova and auto casting frost bolts and echoing more ice nova's for pretty good early mapping with minimal investment. Appreciate y'alls feedback
