PoE 3.22 Ancestor Cold builds with custom stat filters

Hi all, I league started with Champion Elemental Hit and took it as far as I could go with the limited knowledge I have with crafting and mechanics. I went with lightning conversion and Doryani's prototype as well as Quill Rain which has been great but the damage has now fallen off quite a bit and I was wondering if there something I can do to make this build go any farther so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Hi! I made my own build around Eye of Winter, a spell I really enjoy since Diablo 2 (it's similar to Frozen Orb). I don't really like mines, which is a common way to play eye of winter so i decided to try my own hand at making a build. The build is based around Rathpith Globe which gives crit and spell damage per 100 health. The idea is to roll inquisitor, take all health nodes in the south-western part of the tree, and scale crit aswell as chain. Eye of Winter projectiles deal more damage depending on how far they have travelled (up to 200% more damage at the end), so chain scales the damag

current pob for endgame, can level as regular bonezone until i get the necessary uniques. i basically just copied a normal bonezone pob i used last league and adjusted it questions and suggestions welcome!
