PoE Deadeye, Spell, Legion builds without Grace of the Goddess

Just about done with the league so I thought I'd post my builds. Very happy with how all of them turned out, very fun league in general. Ice Spear Deadeye with White Wind/Battlemage pob: Single target: B Clear: B- Tankiness: B- Budget: A+ I knew I wanted to try this build as soon as I saw the Battlemage gem, since White Wind is one of my favorite uniques. I'm decently experienced with creating builds in PoB and I'm bored waiting for the league so here we go. Just write a few keywords for the build like: Eye of winter, deadeye, selfcast, freeze immune. No guarentees that it will be the best way to build it, but I will give it a shot. Everyone else is ofc welcome to provide their own PoB or give input.
