PoE Fire builds without Volcanic Fissure of Snaking

Helmet is the trickiest to recreate, I dropped the base and farmed the enchant myself. The enchant is a lot of damage and the phys as ele fracture is a lot of tankiness. Could build around just one to start though. GMP is probably a good link if you have a different enchant, it also helps with LGoH because of the extra projectiles. You can get 20-22% phys as ele on the watcher's eye if you lose the damage mod and run a purity. The dawnbreaker is also not max roll on the corruption, so you could make back the phys as ele there potentially. Probably would drop precision in that case and get c

I made a thread here a little while back and got a lot of help from this sub-reddit. My little fireball build was turned around and made alive once again (sorta). I have since than continued to make improvements. Gear upgrades. Testing different uniques. But I feel as though I have invested alot of currency and time into this build and it still doesn't feel good. (I don't have a lot of time to play). Hey folks, I'm playing a Blazing Salvo Inquisitor based on UberDan's Blazing Salvo build from 3.17. While I like being nigh immortal and I can clear most content, I would like to up my damage output a bit - my gear is far from finished, but I'm also poor at the moment, I would just expect the DPS to be higher for the currency I've invested (probably around 30-40ex so far). I'm just unsure what I can do to scale the damage higher without losing too much tankiness - if anyone has an idea, I'd love to hear it. Many thanks in advance.

Budget is 100-110 ex and 47ex of that was ashes. Instant dps is \~20m and poison is 60m but it takes 5 seconds reach that.
