PoE League Starter, Sanctum builds

Ever since the Timeless Jewel Chainbreaker Keystone rework last league (Grants 1 Rage regenerated for every 25 Mana Regeneration per second) I've wanted to make a mana-regen stacking character that takes advantage of nearly permanent berserk. Hey everyone, I started PCOC during Kalandra and really enjoyed it, and during the pre-league hype for Sanctum I decided to throw my brainpower into scaling it to endgame/Ubers.
