Enabling impale gives exsang miner the juice it needs to become a powerhouse, as there was just no real way to push pure physical damage before. Build is based on a Neato setup he did for dark pact, so there are some options to work pain attunement into the build with petrified blood and get even tankier, but it wasn't something I looked into. Last time around I had posted my self-cast Eye of Winter Occy in 3.16 (which can be found here) and had people enjoying it and taking the ideas and concepts to levels not even I thought of.
