PoE Lightning Warp, Lightning builds

Hello! I wanted to post a build I have been having a lot of fun playing this league. I found a relic that let my lightning damage freeze and so I thought i'd make a omni lighting warp assassin with herald of ice and freeze/shock prolif. Together with inpulsa and oriaths end it created quite a fast and explosive mapper. The more I think about it the more it makes sense to me that the charges should be present when they matter, but we won't know for sure until we can actually try it with the new boots. I wanted to attempt a CWDT looper, using the Ralakesh boots, ideally using a movement skill to move around, so as to constantly gain and lose all charges.
