Hey redditors, I'm back again with another Lightning Warp build. While I previously preferred the Blood Mage, the Lich is now better with Price of Power, dealing 40% more damage and consuming Power Charges for an infinite Mana tech. The Flicker Warp playstyle has returned with 100% culling threshold and is even faster than the previous Piety's Merch setup.
Archmage provides a massive boost to damage output, and Atziri's Communion is socketed to enable Low Life bonuses. The build is capable of reaching over 20M DPS against pinnacle bosses.
