Sooo..i really like the idea and gameplay of the new Lightning Coil skill and have been trying to come up with a build around it. there is a horrible pob made by me with lots of probably too expensive and rare gear to be even considered something like a league starter (and it doesnt have to be imo) I took BL as a subsitute for LC in the chest armor But lets break this down: we are using inquisitor with mjölnir to automate shock novas from the hammer together with elemental prolif to spread shock which we then detonate through L

I am working on an assassin static strike character as a potential league starter for 3.16. I would like for it to be a bit tankier but can't figure out how to get that into the build, any ideas on how to get that set up? &x200B; Also more damage would also be nice, as I can't seem to squeeze anymore in.

PoB: I've leveled with hollow palm quite a few times, and I always start with smite then usually switch to consecrated path or infernal blow as soon as I can. UPDATE: So after some testing, reduced flask charges used on tree (and enchant) works, but the inc. flask charges used on dying sun/vinktar/taste of hate don't apply. This makes flask sustain, even when using the flasks, a lot better. Furthermore, it shotguns! At point blank, you can get any number of projectiles to overlap, so GMP is our best link for single target and clear. And I tested it. Works surpirisingly well, tested in standard, can do all content. Deletes bosses despite my PoB showing only 5m DPS, test setup had around \~3m, map clear is very nice.
