Warning: Flashing lights

This one has been cooking for a bit, but it's another revisit of mine to Voltaxic Burst, feat. the new Coiling Whisper ring which slots right in since it helps solve cast speed and the build doesn't care too much about curses because of split damage types anyway. The real tech here is Dialla's and Ashes for gem quality to make that cast speed scale damage even further...

Rather than power charge stacking that I did before, this one just focuses on some jank Hierophant mana non-crit things with super AoE investment because I mainly wanted big explosions.

Also first time building around Annihilating Light because I didn't find any other unique/rare weapon that seemed as good especially when triple damage affects the corpse explosion too for bigger pack pops.

I think I can take this one further for a full showcase later, the build is still super young and I can still make changes to several things like gemlinks
