Build Budget is 55ex+Omni+HH. While the HH is obviously not needed for bossing, the build would feel slow in Maps without it. So what you see in the showcase can be accomplished for under 100ex.

Build is also not min-maxed yet at all. With higher Tier spell Suppresion on Gear I could save two passive points, with an Enlighten 4 and a different anoint I could save another 3 points + free up a jewel socket or save another 3 points. So up to 8 points in total. And I'm only Lv 93.
