[3.23] Returning Projectiles Scourge Arrow Build | Deadeye | Affliction | Path of Exile 3.23

Hey guys, cold scourge arrow deadeye build is here. Scourge Arrow is a channelling bow attack skill. Channelling the skill charges up an arrow that creates spore pods as the arrow travels when released. The pods explode to fire thorn arrows around them. Using a synthesised bow with "Adds # to # Cold Damage to Attacks with this Weapon per 10 Dexterity" mod. I manage to get 2026 dex at level 95.

Build Cost

• High Budget: 50-100 div

Return: By default with for example Returning Projectiles only primary arrow will return. In order to also make thorn arrows return, at least 55% total projectile speed is required.

Brutal Restraint: Look for 5% increased Dexterity mod. Also these mods are good for build:

• +20 to Dexterity
• 20% increased Projectile Damage
• 25% increased Critical Strike Chance
• 20% increased Elemental Damage
• 25% chance to gain Alchemist's Genius when you use a Flask

Exposure: Level 5 Awakened Cold Penetration (Supported Skills have (0–10)% chance to inflict Cold Exposure on Hit)

• Use frost bomb until you get the awakened gem.
