League starting inquisitor to play ralakesh discharge asap. Don't think you can play other builds without a bit more money initially, Inquisitor is super easy to get going. Going off day 2 prices from last league you can get going for ~70c or so (Boots, Amulet, body, wand(s), shield(s), helmet, holy rotgut)!
