Power Siphon Archmage Ballista - From Zero to Hero | Uber Bosses, T17 Ghosted Exiles Done [PoE 3.25]

This is my end-game setup for my League Starter in Necro Settler. In this video, I migrate back to Settler League to finish my build with Doryani Setup, Mageblood, and Swap to Power Siphon of the Archmage Ballista Totem.
