PoE Stormblind builds

I was hoping someone could assist me in refining this Rakiata Cyclone Inquisitor build. Benefits: \- Massive Crit Bonuses \- Elemental Army can be scaled to be a very substantial amount of DPS for a Rakiata Build going all in on the concept. Since you're on the right side of the tree; you can use Warriors Tale + Triple Rakiata's Makenga on the marauder jewel slot for 6% to max fire res along with Purity of Fire. Armor and Life are reasonably accessible. You're Affected by Anger, Hatred, Wrath, Determination, and Purity of Fire for the purposes of Watchers Eye modifier select

Alrighty folks! So, I have a build I have going now, but as it was just largely a swap from another setup, I haven't really done much with the tree at all. Given this, I was hoping I could get some of you fine folks to assist with the tree finagling to see if there's improvements or such that can be made to the tree / itemization. &x200B; Notes: Socket colors at the moment are not accurate to what im using in game. I swap between Bone offering and Flesh offering depending on the type of content I am doing. Explanations:

Heya folks, So, since I saw Wilma's Requital, I couldn't help but think it seemed like it could be a blast for a Wand Ballista build with Alt Kinetic Bolt. However, the best I could figure for the build would be to more or less rip off Mathil's build from Kalandra league. I would appreciate any assistance folks could offer in regards to refining the build concept.
