Alrighty folks!
So, I have a build I have going now, but as it was just largely a swap from another setup, I haven't really done much with the tree at all. Given this, I was hoping I could get some of you fine folks to assist with the tree finagling to see if there's improvements or such that can be made to the tree / itemization.

Notes: Socket colors at the moment are not accurate to what im using in game. I swap between Bone offering and Flesh offering depending on the type of content I am doing.
Explanations:
Demon Herder: It's primary attack is the triple mortar attack, which has a homing functionality. If there is only one enemy, or if you're using Predator's Signal Prey, all 3 shots hit the same target. Thus, for single target DPS, the Herder actually has 3x the listed "Triple Mortar" attack value; this gives it a value of 5,582,670 dps. Which is far from impressive. However, one of its primary values as the trigger specter is that it uses almost exactly the same support gems as what Summon Phantasm would want as the 20% Trigger chance on unique enemies, combined with 5 specters each doing 3 attacks in rapid succession, means that even in a purely single target, no trash mob situation you're able to get to full phantasms in relatively quick order.
Summon Phantasm: This offers a great deal of your offensive oompf as you have 13 phantasms each with 1,538,610 dps (Projectile attack is their primary attack). This gives the phantasms a secondary dps value of 20m dps for roughly 25.5m pinnacle boss dps without any pobwarrior'ing.

However, I cannot help but feel that the tree is far from optimized, and I am honestly not good enough at the game to optimize it further myself. Given this, some assistance would be appreciated!

P.S. Yes, I know the gear is fairly high end. Half of it is self-crafted. The other half is bought. Every piece listed are pieces that are currently on the build. My main goal upon starting the league was to find and make a specter-primary build that could actually function at the high end as, right now, there are no real specter builds that can do so. Even at a lower end, the only real "NEED" piece for the build is the helmet and a level 25 raise specter. The build should be functional at lower gear investment levels as well; although obviously the dps would suffer.
