pob: Hello, I have invested 15+ divines into phys flicker yet am still struggling in juiced high tier stuff(3k+ wips on average). An average map is one to two deaths minimum, struggle to kill the occasional double empowered mob. Getting one shot a lot, especially when molten shell is off. Can someone look over my pob and help? Note this is my first time setting up my own build and going this far with it, any help is appreciated

Came from a Raider build last league, but I felt I died more than I'd like. Did lots of research, and I think I have something viable here, but I'd love some more experienced player's opinions! My goal was to make a Flicker Strike build that's tankier than most, while still getting reasonable damage. The budget was around 10 divines, though I'm sure you could easily add more to get higher stats on the gear. First league in a while(skipped last 5 or so). Everything feels so much more dangerous. Had more damage than this at one point but didn’t feel like my survivability was high enough. I attempted regular shaper and was one shot by a gold ice ball. Am I super flimsy still? Is shapers damage still just way up there? I’ve always known about the danger beam. I’m starting to level a Vaal double strike(is there a potentially a better skill for this build?)for the shaper fight too in the future because like I said, it’s been a while so I forgot how risky flicker can be in
