PoE Mjolner builds without The Ivory Tower

I have been testing out The Hidden Blade and I think there is a lot of hidden (hehe) potential with it, and I want to throw out what I've learnt and some ideas for theorycrafting. Hey all, Making a habit of sharing all my builds on here. This one is very budget-friendly, clears fast, and is essentially a right-mouse-click-only setup if that entices you. I think it has very high single target potential with a Squire shield but I'm too broke to afford one right now. So I previously played a ball lightning CoC build with Arc in a Mjolnir. Given the new skill that needs shock I've replaces Arc with LC. Does anyone have any ideas for this build? Or ideally if anyone has seen something similar pop up by someone better at this than me?

They capped negative resistance at 200% but resistance penetration is a different calculation AFAIK. What if we stack Omniscience through the nose and used Mjolnir to deliver Arc? To that end, I made a tree which is as long as possible so that the Split Personality jewels at the very end deliver a real lot of Omniscience. Since Omniscience takes care of elemental resistances we can use all the suffixes for attributes and we certainly do that. Where we can, we sneak in a little increased attributes, too. End of league project. Wanted to try a different approach on this item combination. The Cwc Arc Setup is basically enough for clearing T16s rather comfy and so I focussed on getting cdr, 10 aps and 100% hit chance to proc Mjölner as often as possible. Here's what I came up with: Does anyone see obvious improvement ideas?

I found one on my first char and wanted to see if I could do something for the event, but I'm terrible at creating builds. I went away from Templar because I don't think crit is particularly easy to gear, so I wanted to try Chieftain with CwC fire conversion (PF trigger, WoC in weapon). DPS on this is like 400k and defenses are nearly non-existent. I could go glancing but would need a life on block shield I think. Any thoughts (including "this is terrible please stop") is appreciated.
