PoE Kinetic Blast builds without Deadeye, Trickster

the best idea out there but. When I saw the frontpage of the Kinetic Bolt of Fragmentation and Sniper's Mark interaction I had an idea to turn this into a Wander(mana leech) with the Indigon/MOM/Agnostic. Using Manastorm to drain all our mana then Indigon would give some huge spell damage buff that apply to the new fragmentation gem. We survive the huge mana cost by perma leeching and Lavianga Spirit to spam our attacks. Very squishy since we rely on our mana for both offensive and defensive side.

I have finally completed all the challenges 40/40 all with my Corrupting Fever Champ. I initially thought to do the TOTA and sanctum challenges I would need a different build but Tota is still fine with DPS at 400+ rank at the moment, and I made TS CF bow to do sanctum which worked surprisingly well for getting challenges done. I liked the look of the Mahuxotl's lightning strike characters, but I love the speed and clear of KB/power siphon builds. So I drafted this up as a tanky clear speed wander: The idea is to abuse split projectiles and returning projectiles to ramp poison damage, and trigger flask charge on crit to sustain Dying sun. Looking for advice on how to push damage without sacrificing too much tank? Any other cool synergies along with sniper's mark + returning projectiles I should know?

This league i build a Scion Exsanguinate with Poets. It had trouble to deal with rares in t16 white but what decently tanky. What are the options to improve this build to the next steps also suggestions in tankyness would be great. This is the POBB:
