PoE Whispers of Doom builds

Could use Despair or Elemental Weakness. Despair will add a bit of extra chaos damage to the hit and might work better against bosses. Need to figure out how I will get multiple curses out. Witchfire Brew, Bane, Vixen's Entrapment are all options. Probably going with Witchfire Brew though. Could use Flame Wall as an additional damage skill. Support with high Spell Damage Multipliers. So here's my build for the league. I don't want to say it's min-maxed, but it's pretty optimistic in terms of gear... I'm hoping harvest crafting is still OP, but if it isn't, it's easy to make this build into a heavily nerfed budget version. Some notes... -2.5million Righteous Fire DPS with a massive 47 AOE radius (45 without helm enchant). No concentrated effect. Is this viable for the end game? I'm currently just at the start of mapping, I think I have reached T4 and fought Baran once, but I want to respec this character into the build above, because I started to die way too often to my liking, so I adopted as much defensive layers I figured I can realistically do while still doing enough damage not to get stuck on each magic monster pack. I've been trying to narrow down my league starter for Heist the past couple of days. Somewhere along the line, I decided I want to do a cold DoT Occultist, more specifically a Wintertide Brand Occultist (SC-trade). I have a few reasons (that may or may not be valid, politely let me know). Full reasoning summaries below, but TLDR: I think cold DoT Occultists will survive nerfing and might even be buffed by new Hexes. Wintertide brand also feels safe from nerfing, is non-meta, and there is always Vortex to fall back on. I may or may not be able to take advantage of new Hexes more easily. Al

Hi Frands, I have made a lightning warp auto bomber. No clue if it would work. Don't have time to test it either. If you want to, go for it. It's only here in concept, so you can modify it as you want. &x200B; The idea is simple. You lightning warp across the map. As you warp, you shock, Chill and kill. This causes Herald of Thunder and Herald of Ice to come into the mix. Does it work? No clue. Probably needs more cold damage to allow Warp to freeze and proc Herald of Ice.
