Bone offering for some block/spellblock. 4. Lone messenger keystone(no aura from skills). 5. Two curse limit. 6. 4500hp/770ES 90% phys red 75% block 35% spell block, res capped. 7. Hello guys, I assumed after the nerf we will be able to use same base cluster jewels but we wont be able to use same passive skills on the cluster jewel. So i only took that as an incoming nerf to the heralds and made a kinda a bit minmaxed version of a possible new herald build. This league it would probably so expensive to buy those items but next league i am pretty sure they will be %75 cheap. so here is the pob link. waiting your comments and possible improvements.
