UPDATE: So after some testing, reduced flask charges used on tree (and enchant) works, but the inc. flask charges used on dying sun/vinktar/taste of hate don't apply. This makes flask sustain, even when using the flasks, a lot better. Furthermore, it shotguns! At point blank, you can get any number of projectiles to overlap, so GMP is our best link for single target and clear. I've never sat down and made a build from complete scratch. First attempt, just wanted to see if I could find something to abuse the new battlemage inquisitor.
