POB: This build was put together by dropping a 17 divine jewel off of exarch, then buying some nessessary uniques, neg light res rings + castspeed rings and some (cluster)jewelsI didnt level gems except conduit fully, also I did not do UberLab yet (cause this build is the definition of glass cannon and cannot run maps in its state)The build would greatly pair with a smite aurabot cause it mainly scales off of the stupid more multiplier of lightining conduit. POB: This Char is utilizing Oblivion Barb - Synthesized Fancy Foil, the Dexstacking Explody Sword I crafted a couple days ago and was mainly meant to work around it. I am still working on the Character, I was testing around with Replica Farruls that I borrowed from my Flicker Raider, it gives a lot of tankyness. Level is still quite low so 2 extra frenzies could be added. Also +1 or +2 rings, %dex rings or intimidate ring could add lots of damage. This Character is mainly made to make "Oblivion Barb - Synthesized Fancy Foil"
