PoE 3.19 Kalandra, 3.26 Secrets of the Atlas builds

I'm running a Blazing Salvo RF Inquisitor. I can do most Red's but sometimes they can be a real struggle against the map boss (T15/T16). I'm trying to finish off my atlas and the Searing Exarch keeps kicking my ass. I do have a "budget" in a sense so big dollar items aren't probable. I appreciate all input! Even though we get more Blades, you have to remember that you have to recast Bladefall after every Blast. I am pretty sure PoB only calculates the damage as if the Blades were just magically there, so I always set the amount of Blades lower to factor in that we have to recast Bladefall. This league I decided to play only one build due to loot changes and general constraints of time in my personal life. I was hyped about Lightning Conduit from the reveal and put something together on pob. I would love to hear some feedback on this character as its the first character where I crafted each piece of gear myself (particularly happy with my chestpiece though I would have liked Power Charge on Crit from my slam). I avoided a lot of really expensive upgrades (like triple mod watcher's eyes and some awakened gems) but I think I've struck a great balance between power/defense and $$$.
